1. Start out at Cork Kent Railway Station, Cork
2. On leaving Kent Station turn right onto Lr. Glanmire Road
3. As you pass under a railway bridge you will make a ‘U’ turn by turning right and right again onto Horgan’s Quay.
4. Continue via St Patrick’s Quay and, leaving 3 bridges on your left, onto Camden Quay.
5. From Camden Quay turn right onto N20 – Mallow/Limerick
6. At a major "Y" junction turn left to stay on N20 (Mallow & Limerick)
7. Turn right at 1st set of traffic lights and turn left again at the next traffic lights for Blackpool Business Park

From The City Centre (1.8km)

1. Start out going north on Saint Patrick’s Street, Cork
2. Continue over Saint Patrick’s Bridge
3. Turn left on to Camden Quay
4. From Camden Quay turn right onto N20 – Mallow/Limerick
5. At a major "Y" junction turn left to stay on N20 (Mallow & Limerick)
6. Turn right at 1st set of traffic lights and turn left again at the next traffic lights for Blackpool Business Park
7. You can park in the central plaza and the Atrium Business Centre is in the tall building on the left as you rounded the last set of traffic lights.

From Dublin and the North

1. From Dublin take the N7 (M7) south. (248km)
2. Approaching Portlaoise leave the M7 at junction 17, then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N8 (signposted Cork)
3. Continue forward onto the N8 and on approaching Cork on the M8 there is a large roundabout before the river tunnel and take the 3rd exit on the left continuing on the N8 to Cork.
4. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit on the left to Cork City
5. At the end of the dual carriageway take the left ramp (Silversprings Hotel Ramp) and turning right at the top of the ramp will bring you on to the R635 (Inner Northern Ring Road).
6. Continue on the R635 until you pick up the N20 turning right at a major 3-way intersection.
7. Immediately take the right hand lane to exit right at the next traffic lights.
8. Immediately take a left turn at the next lights and park in the central plaza of the Blackpool Business Park.
9. The Atrium Business Centre is the tall building on the left as you rounded the last set of traffic lights.

From Galway / Limerick and the West

1. From Galway or the west take N18 to Limerick
2. From Limerick take the N20 to Cork
3. Approaching Cork at the 3rd set of traffic lights (opposite a fast food outlet and a Petrol Station) take a left turn and, within a 100 metres take another left turn at the next traffic lights.
4. You have arrived at the Blackpool Business Park and you may park your car in the central plaza.
5. The Atrium Business Centre is the tall building on the left as you rounded the last set of traffic lights.

From Waterford and the East

1. From Waterford, or the east take the N25 to Cork
2. Approaching Cork on the N25 (Eastern Parkway) follow the signposts for the N8 to Cork City. (do not follow the signs for the N25 and the River Tunnel)
3. At the Roundabout take the 1st exit left to Cork City.
4. At the end of the dual carriageway take the left ramp (Silversprings Hotel Ramp) and turning right at the top of the ramp will bring you on to the R635 (Inner Northern Ring Road).
5. Continue on the R635 until you pick up the N20 turning right at a major 3-way intersection.
